The Dcathlon Arena - Pierre-Mauroy Stadium has 14 gates and seven VIP entrances which have been assigned letters from A to N. The letters are displayed on the front of the stadium and on the signs located on the stadium forecourt.
Hospitality access is via the same gates as those used by the general public, but is identified by a dedicated queue on the forecourt and the presence of hosts. When you enter the stadium, a host will give you a wristband to allow you to make the most of your hospitality experience.

Four left-luggage areas are available free of charge on the stadium forecourt to allow the public to leave bulky items or items that are not allowed into the stadium during the match.
Left-luggage areas 1, 2 and 3:
§ Open: one hour and 45 minutes before kick-off
§ Close: two-and-a-half hours after kick-off
Left-luggage area 4:
§ Opens two hours before kick-off
§ Closes four hours after kick-off

Several passes are available to attend LOSC matches at the Décathlon Arena - Pierre-Mauroy Stadium
The e-ticket can be presented at the ticket check in the stand, either in paper format (printed) or in digital format (via your smartphone). Printing the ticket is not compulsory. To retrieve your e-ticket, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account
2. Select “my account” then “my orders”.
3. Choose the match for which you have purchased your ticket
4. Your e-ticket is available as an m-ticket or e-ticket.
When presenting the ticket at the access point, please make sure that the two parts, i.e. the detachable part with the barcode and the part with the match information are attached to one another
If you forget or lose your match ticket, you can obtain a duplicate for €5 at the ticket office.
To kit yourself out and proudly wear the LOSC colours, visit one of the official shops or the online store.
The main store is on the forecourt of the Décathlon Arena - Pierre-Mauroy Stadium. Covering almost 300m², it is located at the heart of the north-east wing of the stadium (between gates F and E) and offers over 200 items, a shirt printing area and a whole host of other services to satisfy all fans of The Mastiffs!

The second shop is located in the heart of Lille, a stone’s throw from Lille Flandres station. It is the central and unmissable meeting point for Lille fans.

After passing through the stadium gates, themed refreshment kiosks are available for you to enjoy. You'll find three types of refreshment kiosk, identifiable by their colour. Each has its own speciality, so there’s something for everyone. Enjoy everything they have to offer as soon as the gates open.
